Matthew Smith brings a powerful blend of field experience, leadership, and innovation to the concrete and foundation industry. Before entering construction full-time, Matthew served five years in law enforcement—three of those as a Field Training Officer—instilling in him the values of integrity, precision, and performance under pressure.

His passion for construction began in 2014 while still serving in law enforcement and became his full-time pursuit in 2016. Since then, Matthew has dedicated himself to mastering foundation repair and concrete solutions. His career began with Frontier, a member of the prestigious Supportworks and Contractor Nation network. He later moved to Louisiana and joined BCG Services, further expanding his technical skills and industry expertise.

In 2020, Matthew co-founded Reliable Foundations, serving as the Supportworks dealer for all of Southern Louisiana. By 2025, driven by a vision to offer even more personalized and innovative service, he launched Frontline Concrete Solutions, which now proudly operates as the exclusive Supportworks dealer in Southern Louisiana.

In addition to his extensive field knowledge, Matthew has embraced digital tools to elevate his business—mastering SEO and leveraging AI platforms like ChatGPT to enhance client communication, boost online visibility, and stay ahead in a competitive market.
