Associate $695 Annually

Associate members provide the products and services for residential construction firms and related businesses. We always encourage members to do business with members. ~~Application fee of $100.~~

Builder $695 Annually

Builder Members are businesses whose primary work (>50%) is the construction of residential housing including single and multi-family developments and licensed remodeling. You will be asked to provide your contractor license and state of issue. Tradesman and subcontractors should apply under Associate Membership. ~~Application fee of $100.~~

Sustaining Members $1060 Annually

For an extra $1/day, Sustaining Members enjoy an application fee waiver (save $100 now!), logo representation on weekly eNewsletters, signage at all General Membership Meetings, and 1 ticket to our awards and installation gala, housing summit, and leadership social for the year of membership. Membership dues are included at this level of partnership. Additional sponsorship levels are also available to meet your marketing objectives and reach our membership.
