Please choose one of the following Membership types. Builder members should hold a license with the Louisiana State Licensing Board of Contractors with residential construction comprising 50% or more of the primary business activity. Associate members are member who provide products and/or services supporting the residential contracting industry, including tradesman. For an extra $1 per day, Sustaining Members gain logo representation in our weekly e-newsletter and all General Membership Meetings throughout the year (at least six) plus 1 ticket to each of three events (Housing Summit, Awards Gala, Toys For Tots Breakfast).

Associate $695 Annually + $50 One-Time Fee

Associate members provide the products and services for residential construction firms and related businesses. We always encourage members to do business with members. Applications Fee ~~$100~~; ONLY $50 from March 1- April 30 2025 for New Members. See fee adjusted above^.

Builder $695 Annually + $50 One-Time Fee

Builder Members are businesses whose primary work (>50%) is the construction of residential housing including single and multi-family developments and licensed remodeling. You will be asked to provide your contractor license and state of issue. Tradesman and subcontractors should apply under Associate Membership. Sustaining Members $960 Annually

For an extra $1/day, Sustaining Members enjoy an application fee waiver (save $100 now!), logo representation on weekly eNewsletters, signage at all General Membership Meetings, and 1 ticket to our awards and installation gala, housing summit, and leadership social for the year of membership. Membership dues are included at this level of partnership. Additional sponsorship levels are also available to meet your marketing objectives and reach our membership.
