Description

The Remodelers Council is a special interest group focused on remodeling in the residential housing market. Attention is given to new innovative products, specialized services, innovative redesign, and business operations unique to remodelers. In addition to meetings, the Council produces the Remodelers Guide which lists members and provides resources to consumers assisting them with remodel projects. It is distributed to retail locations throughout the city.

Elliott Pike is the founder and owner of ELM Construction, a full-service design / build remodeling firm established in Birmingham, Alabama, in 2008. A deeply committed leader at every level of the industry, Elliott serves as the Chair of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers and is an NAHB National Delegate. He previously served as President of both the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders and the Home Builders Association of Alabama (HBAA) Remodelers and currently sits on the HBAA Executive Committee and is a State Delegate for his local as well. Named the 2023 NAHB Remodeler of the Year, Elliott regularly presents across the country on economic forecasting, national advocacy, and remodeling market trends.
