The Professional Women in Building (PWB) Council of the Home Builders Association of Greater New Orleans meets monthly on the second Tuesday at 2:00 PM.

These meetings bring together women in the building industry to connect, collaborate, and grow. Each gathering includes industry updates, networking opportunities, and discussions focused on leadership, professional development, and supporting women in construction and related fields.

Heather Laminack,  current chair of the NAHB Professional Women in Building Council.

Heather Laminack is the General Manager for Ferrier Homes, a high-performance builder & remodeler based in Fort Worth, Texas. Representing the fourth generation of her family in the construction industry, Heather’s passion & insight fuel her drive to see positive change in the way America’s homes are built & remodeled. Honored to serve as the current chair of the NAHB Professional Women in Building Council, she is committed to encouraging industry professionals of diverse backgrounds to get involved & engaged within the Federation.
