The Louisiana Contractors Accreditation Institute (LCAI) Residential Contractors Seminar is a 10-week virtual course focusing on providing technical knowledge essential for residential construction in Louisiana.

Residential construction topics covered include:

• Blueprint Reading
• Building Calculations
• Site Work, Demolition, and Construction
• Foundations, Formwork, and Retaining Walls
• Roof Structures
• Structural Loads
• Wood Frame Construction
• Related Trades
• Special Construction and Equipment
• Safety Codes

WHEN

• June 3 - August 7, 2024
• Registration Period: April 22 - May 31, 2024

WHERE

Classes are taught twice per week with two-hour sessions via Zoom.

WHO

Anyone interested in starting a construction related business or who is working in residential construction and  ants to sharpen their knowledge.

COST

The $350 course fee covers the cost of registration and course materials.

Time

Registration ENDS May 31.
