Paula Merrick Roddy is the Statewide Program Manager of the Compliance Programs Section with the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development. She has held this position since May 2019. The Programs under her leadership include the federal Disadvantaged Business/Small Business Enterprise program, Contract Compliance, Labor Compliance, Title VI/ADA, the On-the-Job Training program and the On-the-Job Training Supportive Services Pre-Apprenticeship Program. Prior to joining the LADOTD, Ms. Roddy served in leadership positions with the City of Baton Rouge and several other state agencies. She began her professional career as a high school math educator. She has a B.A. and M.A. from LSU-Baton Rouge; and Southern University-Baton Rouge. She is a member of several professional organizations; married and has one adult daughter.
