Our general membership meeting brings speakers on topics of relevance to the residential housing industry. Join us and learn what's happening that could impact your business.

Featured Speaker:

Jeff Schwartz, Director of Housing, Community Development & Special Projects, will discuss Mayor Moreno's task force on the 6,500 adjudicated properties she wants back in commerce. He will also discuss changes in the Department of Safety and Permits and active projects in the city.

Shane Purvis, VP | SBA Lending at Bonvenu Bank will present an overview on changes to the SBA's 7a Working Capital Program that can provide up to $5 million to our members working on residential projects in the area.

State of the HBA

Dan Mills, CEO of the HBAGNO will highlight aspects of the 21st Century Road to Housing Bill, the Dignity Act, and the Energy Choice Act we lobbied for in DC a few weeks ago. 

An optional tour of the NOCC's workforce development program follows.

Free for members - registration is required since food is pre-ordered.

Non-members can register for just $10 open seating. 

Vendor tables ($100) are still available.

● The main entrance is located on Kerlerec Street at the front of the building.

● Visitor parking is available across from the main entrance on Kelerec St. and the surrounding streets.

● Please avoid parking in or blocking the bus lanes.

● Please do not block our neighbors' driveways.

All visitors must:

● Present a state-issued ID to receive a visitor's badge.

● Be buzzed in and check in at the front office. The entrance buzzer button is on the right

of the main entrance on Kerlerec St.
