General Membership Meeting - New Orleans

Description

Our general membership meeting brings speakers on topics of relevance to the residential housing industry. Join us for lunch and learn what's happening that could impact your business.

Featured Speakers:

  • Tim Poche, CEO of Delta Utilities, will discuss the transfer of the New Orleans gas distribution system from Entergy New Orleans to Delta Utilities and the implications for residential contractors working in New Orleans.
  • Teresa Lawrence, CEO of Delta Administrative Services, will discuss recent jobsite visits in our area from Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Agents. Your business can be exposed to liability and disruption when these visits occur, so it is important to understand how to prepare, react to, and recover from a visit and how to prepare your workforce. Sample contract language for your subs is included along with quick reference sheets for your jobsites.

Free for members - registration is required for lunch since meals are pre-ordered.

Non-members can register for just $20 open seating. Reserved tables (10) available for $250.

Vendor tables ($250) and lunch sponsorship ($500) are still available.
